in both NA and TT cars, but has a different bushing pressed into the two variants at the point in question. But then you need to consider the TT subframe does not have the pick-up points for the NA rear toe arms. I have seen pictures of those grafted in place.
The easier approach would be to use the SPL HICAS eliminator. It still uses the tie rod end at the upright, so I would recommend replacing that ball joint to assure as little play as possible. There's a new FAQ for that in tech.
